Our experience with Heinsight Solutions was excellent. They arrived on time for the free estimate and took the time to answer our questions and discuss options. They gladly returned again for a review and attic inspection after we had discussed options and had made a decision on placement of the solar tube. Excellent communication on installation scheduling and what to expect during install. The installers (all company employees) were on time, very respectful and good communicators. They set up a “clean room” in our dining area where the solar tube would be installed. Reviewed with us the final position of the tube and explained the process. They were done in less than 3 hours, which included a thorough clean up with a double vacuuming
of all areas. Went over the operation of the solar night light and how the lens attached. They called the next day to see if we had questions or concerns. EXCELLENT in all aspects of our solar tube project!! We love the light, and would highly recommend Heinsight Solutions to everyone.
